The communication within parts of the company are absolutely HORRIBLE! Especially with the coordinator I had. Pictures were misleading(old) = 1 out of 5 stars for those. However, I will post the good. Pablo and Marvin were both extremely helpful connecting me from call center to who I needed to speak with and both followed up when they said they would. Excellent service from them, truly. Last but definitely not least- My top praise goes to Natalie White. She was INCREDIBLE! With customer service, listening and sympathizing. Getting answers for me from the correct people. Being responsive and understanding. Two weeks I had been having troubles and for an hour+ we went through every single one until it was resolved. She was an absolute DELIGHT after so much frustration. Her alone I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could, honestly. She was amazing in every aspect possible for management, de escalation, and customer service all over. Please be honest with your customers about your houses. If it needs work, have it done right so you don't look like fools and liars later. Spending money to keep your houses properly upkept will help keeping customers and referrals.
