The representative who assisted me did an excellent job. He was extremely professional in his communication, knowledgeable, and efficient. He handled my situation perfectly and resolved my issue in just five minutes. Unfortunately, my experience earlier that morning was completely different. The female representative who initially answered my call transferred me to someone else because she was unable to understand my situation or determine how to assist me. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, the person to whom she transferred my call simply hung up on me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When I received a callback, this gentleman assisted me and resolved my problem in just five minutes. The other representatives should learn from him what true professionalism and excellent customer service look like. He is an excellent example of how customers should be treated. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help.

Call center agent Cesar provided great customer service. He outlined the rental process and the available options. He also made sure I was aware of any rental scams occurring and how to avoid them. I’m looking forward to renting a potential property from Maymont Homes if this is the grade-A customer service I can look forward to!

Navigating an unexpected property transition due to severe habitability issues was incredibly stressful, but Helen, Sean Martin, and the Maymont leasing team truly stepped up when it mattered most. Throughout a complex and prolonged process involving shifting system requirements, deposit logistics, and move-in details, they listened with genuine care, communicated clearly, and worked diligently to make sure everything was sorted out fairly and professionally. Thanks to their dedication and willingness to work through every hurdle with me, I was able to successfully transition into a freshly renovated, beautiful new home. It’s clean, modern, and everything I could have hoped for. A massive thank you to Helen, Sean, and the entire team for turning a challenging situation into a smooth and positive experience!

Miriam was excellent, the home wasn’t ready on the move in date, she went the extra mile and made sure that the contractors completed home and I was able to move in on the expected date and the home manager that lives in the area went to home and made sure it was ready
