How much does Flex cost?
Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on your approved credit line. The membership fee is $14.99 per month, or less if you meet certain criteria. The Flex Credit Line from Lead Bank has 0% APR, with no interest and no late or penalty fees. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent also applies, and additional card processing fees apply when paying by credit card.
When do I need to be approved to use Flex for the month?
If you are approved by 5:00 pm ET on the 4th of the month, you are eligible to use Flex for that month's rent payment.
How do I sign up?
Flex is available directly in your resident portal. Log in when it is time to pay rent and you will see the option to sign up on your payment screen.
